Draft stuck in processing

Recover drafts that stay in processing longer than expected.

Updated: Feb 1, 2026

Wait then retry

Drafts can take several minutes for large repos or first-time indexing.

If it exceeds 10 minutes, click Refresh and monitor the status.

Check inputs

Confirm the tag exists and points to the intended release commit.

Make sure the repo is still connected and not removed from the installation.

Provide context

If the queue is still stuck, contact support with the repo name and tag.

Include any error text shown in the UI.

Review and introspect

Slow drafts often trace back to tagging or access changes.

  • Was the repo recently re-tagged or force-pushed?
  • Did multiple drafts queue at once during a release window?
  • Do you need a standard wait time before refreshing?
