Terms
ReleaseMind Terms
We want this to be readable. These terms explain what ReleaseMind does, how we use your GitHub data, and how we keep the service fair and safe.
Scope
We draft release notes from GitHub data. You review and approve every output.
Data Access
You grant limited access to repos you connect so we can generate drafts.
Billing
Plans bill in advance and can be canceled anytime. Taxes may apply.
1) Who we are and what we provide
ReleaseMind helps teams turn GitHub releases, tags, and pull requests into publishable release notes. We connect to GitHub via their API, analyze repository metadata, and draft content using a generative AI provider. You review and approve what ships.
“ReleaseMind,” “we,” and “us” refer to Aureuma AI and its ReleaseMind service.
These Terms are the End User License Agreement (EULA) for ReleaseMind.
2) Your account and permissions
You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that happens under it. If you connect a GitHub organization, you confirm you have permission to do so and to grant the GitHub App access to the selected repositories.
3) Your content and GitHub data
You own your content. You grant ReleaseMind a limited license to access your GitHub data and use your content solely to provide the service (drafting, formatting, and publishing release notes). We do not claim ownership of your repositories or your release narratives.
4) Generative AI assistance
ReleaseMind uses a third‑party generative AI provider to draft text. We disclose AI‑assisted features in the product experience. Drafts are suggestions and may contain errors; you are responsible for review and approval before publication. Do not submit sensitive information you are not authorized to share.
Limitations and appropriate use: AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should verify release notes before publishing. ReleaseMind is not intended for legal, medical, or safety‑ critical decisions.
Feedback: You can report issues or provide feedback via the in‑app Feedback form or by contacting [email protected].
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you do not own, or violate GitHub’s terms. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, or security risks.
6) Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply depending on your location. If you purchase through a platform, billing is handled by that platform.
7) Cancellation, data retention, and deletion
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel or revoke access, we will deactivate the service and remove customer data within 30 days, except for limited records required for billing, tax, or legal compliance.
8) Availability and changes
We work to keep ReleaseMind reliable, but the service is provided “as is.” We may update features, pricing, or limits as the product evolves.
9) Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or for security reasons.
10) Third‑party services
ReleaseMind integrates with third‑party services (such as GitHub, analytics, payments, and AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
11) Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ReleaseMind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or lost revenue resulting from use of the service.
12) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in state or federal courts located in New York.
