After the Marketplace webhook delivers, Plan reflects the new entitlements.
If the plan does not update within 10 minutes, contact support.
Canceling service
Canceled plans remain active until the end of the billing period.
After the period ends, access switches to the free plan or inactive state.

Plan changes are easiest when billing sources stay consistent.
- Did you change the plan in Marketplace or in another billing system?
- Do you need to communicate the change to your release stakeholders?
- Have you confirmed the entitlements in Plan after the update?
