Most updates appear within 10 minutes after checkout.
If Plan shows webhook delivery delay, capture the displayed correlation ID before contacting support.

Refresh the Plan page and confirm the Marketplace order email.
Make sure you are signed into the correct ReleaseMind org.
If you recently changed repo access, resync before re-checking.
What we need from you
Include the Marketplace order email, org name, and repo list.
Include the billing correlation ID from Plan so support can trace the exact request path.
We can reconcile quickly once we have those details.

Billing syncs are usually quick but not instant.
